Postponement charges are only applicable when re-booking takes place at the same time as postponement is notified and the re-booked date cannot be postponed a second time. In all cases cancellation charges are applicable.

Note: According to Our firm 'working day' should be considered as a full standard working day from 10:00 A.M to 6:30 P.M for all seven days in a week i.e. if you contact us at 10:00 am on Monday for the cancellation of a booking for wednesday of the same week, this will be considered as two working days which is countable.

The percentages quoted above are based only on the cost of hiring discussion rooms at our firm. Extra Refreshment charges will only be charged if cancellation is made on the same day that the groups are to take place.
